A Visionary Coach, Licensed Broker: New York & New Jersey 20+years,                                    CEO of The PhyllisTaylor Arena (Productivity Coaching Platform), Educator, Licensed Real Estate Instructor and Director of The Academy for Real Estate Excellence (2022 launch). As a top producing agent for Keller Williams Realty, Remax, and Weichert Realtors, she earned the stamina to create The PhyllisTaylor Arena. As the top producing agent in Remax Upscale Properties, in Harlem NY, she was offered the opportunity to purchase the franchise.

Ultimately, she renamed Upscale Properties to The Phyllis Taylor Agency where she earned Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) courses at NYU, organized development syndication, and led multiple investment groups to collaborate on developments. Taylor served two terms as Financial Chair and Productivity Chair on the Agent Leadership Councils (ALC) of Keller Williams City Life-Hoboken and Keller Williams City Life-Jersey City. As the Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Mid-Town Direct, her agents are coached to develop a strong mindset, lead generate, set appointments, practice scripts daily and close! Repeat! Repeat! Repeat!

Taylor leads an exclusive 75-hour course for pre-licensees and a 150-hour course for Brokers. She authored the enlightened presentation “How to Use the Buyer Agency Agreement,” along with “The Gratitude Pop-up Shop” and “How to Create a Dynamic Brand.”
